Fee schedule
Our rates are published so that counsel, carriers and owners can budget an engagement before retaining us. There is no separate rate card negotiated case by case, and no premium applied for the party who retains us.
Rates effective January 1, 2018. Confirm current rates with the office before relying on this schedule for a budget or a retention agreement. A written engagement letter stating the applicable rates is issued for every matter.

- Deposition and trialScheduled in advance, with cancellation terms stated in the engagement letter
- TravelBilled at the mileage rate above, with no premium and no minimum
- Initial callNot billed. We will tell you if the matter is outside our scope
